EVS Navigator Coaching
Your First Session
In a private, one-to-one meeting, we will discuss your goals, challenges, and strengths to get a better understanding of what you need to succeed. By the end of your first 1-hour session, you will already have a few adjustments and tools you can implement immediately.
Meetings held virtually.
Your Second Session
We will review what you worked on since the first session. We will fix what did not work and continue strenthening the tools that did work. You will finish feeling supported, confident, and ready to tackle your EVS team challenges.
